• You can fully customize your E-Mail messages with all your input fields: name, email address, phone, fax, date/future date (in US and European formats), demographics, etc.
• You can set up defaults for the personalized fields. For instance, if you want to avoid sending an email to "dear NAME " when no "NAME" exists", AceResponse allow for default substitutions for this field - such as "Colleague" or "Friend" - so the emails you are sending make logical sense.
